I Mustache You To Read This

February 9, 2012

I’m obsessed with mustaches.

So what’s the best cure for an obsession? Look up crafts you can do!

Get some paper straws and glue paper mustaches! Makes a cute centerpieces and fun drinking utensils.

This idea comes from Babble.com: Sew a mustache onto a plain pillow to snaz it up – to make a pair add a similar fabric with a different design to another pillow.

Make cupcakes and add a mustache topper – this can be done by gluing a mustache shape from paper onto a wooden stick.

To take the mustache theme to the next level, use a stencil and fancy up an old dresser.

If sipping out of an everyday glass cup a little too monotonous for you? Well, use glass paint and add a little flair to your cups!

Make a stamp with the mustache shape so you can add it to cards and letters for the extra special touch. Seriously, who wouldn’t want to find something as cute as a mustache on their thank you letter?

This adorable idea comes from AmyIsTheParty.com: Get a mold of a mustache and make it into a chocolate pop. This would be so cute at parties!

Last, but certainly not least, the mustache on a stick. Good for parties with photo booths, party favors or just talking with close friends and family. Grab a set of wooden sticks, which can be found in any local craft store, cut out mustaches with felt or heavy duty paper and glue.

Follow this link for a cut out of a beautiful mustache so you can do any of these crafts at home. I mustache you to now go and craft! (I couldn’t help myself)
