Easter Egg Treat
I wish I could take credit for this one, but it was all my mom and her obsession with Pintrest!
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 5-ounce package chow mein noodles
- Spring colored jelly beans
Set over a double boiler, melt the chocolate in a large mixing bowl. Once completely melted, add the noodles to the chocolate and gently mix until well coated. Pile heaping tablespoon-sized haystacks of the chocolate noodles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a spoon to flatten the stack and then add your jelly beans. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set — about 30 minutes.
